Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments
- Communicate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Contribute to ward operations and team meetings
Requirements
- NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
- Relevant nursing qualification (RN or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospital settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- DBS clearance
