Care Worker - Residential Home

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with medication reminders and health monitoring
- Assist with meal preparation and dining support
- Maintain accurate records and report to senior staff
- Participate in activities and social engagement programs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with the care team
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in care settings (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to assist with personal care
- Compassionate and patient approach to care
